Hartej basant taal is 9 beat according to Prof Manjit Kaurs “Gurmat Sangeet Parampra”

basant taal is pakhavaj baaj.
15 beats is actually panj taal di savari, i do apoligise.
i havent learnt 18beat so im not sure.
